A video showing brass players from the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra performing an impromptu concert at PAK'nSAVE Wainoni on March 27 2014. The video captures customers' reactions as the players set up and perform. Customers are also shown receiving PAK'nSAVE shopping vouchers, donated by PAK'nSAVE, by three dancing 'All Righties'. The video and impromptu concert were organised for the 'Outrageous Burst of All Right: BYO CSO'. All Right? encouraged their Facebook followers to share the video on social media and enter the prize-draw for eight $250 PAK'nSAVE vouchers. The Press published the video on 28 March 2013 at 5:45pm. All Right? uploaded the video to their YouTube account on 31 March 2014. The video was shared more than 400 times on social media by the time of the prize-draw on 8 April 2014.

A protest sign painted on a fence shows an image of the cathedral spire and the words "Save + restore, stone by precious stone!" The photographer comments, "The Christchurch Cathedral got very badly damaged in the earthquake. It was being demolished down to a safe level before a major protest managed to stop it going too far. There is still an ongoing debate on what to do with the Cathedral. In the meantime a cardboard cathedral made out of a steel framework and massive toilet roll tubes is being constructed close by. This is to the right of the protest about the closure of Christchurch schools".

An image used as a profile picture on the All Right? Facebook page. The image reads, "Win one of eight $250 Pak'nSave vouchers!" The prize draw was a part of 'Outrageous Burst of All Right: BYO CSO'. This involved the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra surprised customers at Wainoni Pak'nSave by setting up and performing a piece of music in the supermarket itself. The performance and customers reactions were filmed and shared on social media, with All Right? encouraging their followers to share the video around by entering everyone who shared the video into the prize draw for one of eight $250 Pak'nSave vouchers. All Right? posted the image on their Facebook page on 31 March 2014 at 8:33pm.

Prior to the devastating 2010 and 2011 earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand, the University of Canterbury (UC) was renowned for its graduates’ academic preparation and its staff’s research outputs. The town/gown relationship was aloof and strained due to UC’s move from the CBD in the 1970s and students being seen as troublemakers. Despite its vision of people prepared to make a difference, the University’s students and staff were not seen as making a difference in the local community or as being engaged citizens. 
This changed when over 9,000 UC students mobilized themselves into the Student Volunteer Army to provide immediate relief across Christchurch following the four major quakes of 2010 and 2011. Suddenly, UC students were seen as saviors, not miscreants and a focus on citizenship education as part of the University’s strategic direction began to take shape. 
Based on qualitative and quantitative research conducted at UC over the past four years, this interactive presentation will highlight the findings, conclusions, and implications of how the University has been transformed into a recognized, international leader in citizenship education. By integrating students’ community service into their academic studies, the University has changed its persona while students have gained academically, civically, and personally.
