Damage to River Road in Richmond. The road surface is badly cracked and slumped, and liquefaction silt covers part of the road. On the one year anniversary of the February 22nd, flowers were placed in road cones across Christchurch to remember the earthquake victims. Flowers has been placed on a sign outside Satchmo Hairdressers.
