The McKenzie and Willis building on High Street with damage to the top storey. The side wall has crumbled, exposing the inside of the building where the roof has been propped up by scaffolding. The front facade of the building is also damaged and is held upright by steel bracing.

The closest wall of the building has collapsed, exposing the inside of the building. Scaffolding has been constructed on the top floor in order to brace the ceiling. Shipping containers have been placed on the street in front of the building.

The front door has also shattered and broken glass has spilled onto the footpath in front. The word "clear" has been spray-painted on the bottom-storey window to the left.
