The sticker was used by the Civil Defence after the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes to indicate that a building had been inspected and that serious structural damage had been found. The sticker states that there should be no entry to the building. It also states that 'entry may result in death or injury'.

Sections of the top storey have collapsed and the bricks have spilled onto the road in front, damaging the awning and smashing several cars. In the foreground members of the Wellington Emergency Management Office Emergency Response Team are standing on the road.

A section of the bottom storey has collapsed and the bricks have spilled onto the footpath in front. Steel fences have been placed on the street as a cordon. In the distance there are many other earthquake-damaged buildings.
