Nothing wrong with this carpark building; that's just a mural on one of the structural shear walls.

The sea wall at Beachville Road, Redcliffs, after the earthquake. It used to be straight and level - not now! As a teenager I went fishing off this wall.
Looked like a nice stereo they had.

This was the closest I could get. Corner of Colombo St and Byron St. The top front wall has now gone.

Prior to the earthquakes the stone wall at right was near road level. Now it is about 1.5m (4-5ft) lower.
The side wall of the building on the left collapsed onto their roof, collapsing it into the stonemasons store. Several gravestones were also damaged!
