It includes a pile of demolition rubble and 185 white stones in honour of each person who lost their life on 22nd February 2011. A copy of a document containing questions from members of Gap Filler, Greening the Rubble, the Christchurch Transitional Architectural Trust (producers of FESTA), and Life in Vacant Spaces, to candidates in the 2014 National election. The questions were sent to candidates from the Green, Labour, and National parties. They were also sent to Earthquake Minister Gerry Brownlee. This document contains the answers received from Labour candidates Tony Milne and James Dann.

A PDF copy of the site map for CityUps. CityUps was a 'city of the future for one night only', and the main event of FESTA 2014. It was held on vacant sites at the intersection of Lichfield Street, Manchester Street and High Street. Architecture students from Unitec, The University of Auckland and CPIT collaborated with local businesses to create large-scale, temporary structures to entertain the public.

A Gap Filler submission to the Christchurch City Council Draft City Plan on behalf of the Gap Filler Trust, Greening the Rubble Trust and Life in Vacant Spaces Charitable Trust. The submission recommeded that the Christchurch City Council retain the funding levels for these intiatives at 2012 levels ($565,000) rather than reduce them to $400,000 as proposed, and that this funding be tagged for projects citywide and not restructed to the central city.

A video about the Christchurch City Council housing complex on Conference Street in the Christchurch central city. The housing complex was unoccupied after the 22 February 2011 earthquake despite the housing shortage. Christchurch City Council said that the vacant units could not be lived in because of structural damage or damage to services. However, the building has been checked by structural engineers and many of the rooms have been deemed safe to occupy.

Signs below this read, "Toilet Occupied", "Toilet Vacant" and, "In Tray". The Art Gallery was used as the temporary headquarters for Civil Defence after the 22 February 2011 earthquake.
