The building occupiers have now moved to 17 Sewell Street, a sign on the door saying "Corcoron French Lawyers, We have moved to temporary premises, 17 Sewell Street, Opposite Kaiapoi Community Centre".

The telescope was damaged during the 22 February 2011 earthquake, when the Observatory tower at the Christchurch Arts Centre collapsed. Kershaw has been given the task of restoring the telescope.

Canterbury Tales was a carnivalesque procession and the main event of FESTA 2013.
