A video of an interview with Terry Huggins about a boulder crashing into the side of his neighbour's house in Sumner. The boulder came lose from the cliffs above and smashed through the deck of the house into one of the supporting poles. It is the third large boulder to hit the house, with one also lodged in a bedroom.

The video shows businesses which have remained untouched since the 22 February 2011 earthquake, including the Camelot Hotel and the i-SITE visitor centre in Cathedral Square, Subway on High Street, Jeans West on High Street, Time Zone on Colombo Street, Comics Compulsion on Manchester Street, Mortgage Solutions mortgage brokers on the corner of Hereford and Manchester Streets, Pocha Bar and Restaurant off Lichfield Street, and a fabric store on Lichfield Street.

The video includes an interview with Liz Phelna, owner of Shop 8, about her decision to open a shop in New Regent Street. It also includes an interview with project manager Ed Leeson about the restoration and strengthening processes. Leeson says that five shops will be part of the reopening of the street.
