The video includes an interview with Fred Arnesen, owner of Beckenham Footware & Engravers, and Fiona Fidow and Jeanie Smith, owners of The Cupcake Collection. The stores are on opposite sides of Colombo Street, with the west side suffering severe damage, and the east side suffering very little. Because of this, the Beckenham Footware & Engravers has had to close, while The Cupcake Collection is able to continue operating.
