A mural on the exposed wall of a building on Peterborough Street. This was a joint project between Gap Filler and the Flying Cup Cafe. The mural is a beach scene with a quote from Anne Frank, reading, "Isn't it wonderful that nobody need waste a single moment to improve the world", and incorporates pre-existing street art and posters.

The two storey Ozone Cafe, which was a hotel, will be given it's coup de grace on Friday. Shipping containers have been placed around the eastern side of the Cathedral to protect the road from falling debris. Wire fencing has also been placed around the building as a cordon. To the right, the damaged and party deconstructed tower can be seen with the missing spire which fell during the 22 February 2011 earthquake.

Buildings damaged in the earthquake have been demolished and replaced with cargo containers to create a new, temporary, Cashel Mall. I visited the mall yesterday and was quite impressed with what they have done. The cargo containers have been nicely converted, brightly painted and smartly branded to create some good looking stores".
