Introducing Rosalee Jenkin

Hi, I'm Rosalee and I've recently taken up a position at UC CEISMIC as a Digital Content Analyst.

I am excited to be back at UC, having studied here for five years. During this time I completed a Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design (2011) and an Arts degree in Psychology (2012).

After completing my Fine Arts degree, I established Room Four - an art space in central Christchurch - with three other fine arts graduates. I continue to co-run this as a venue for creative events and exhibition space for emerging artists. I also carry out my own art projects, which usually take the form of socially engaging public events. I consider myself a creative, community-minded person who is passionate about the opportunity we have in Christchurch to rebuild a vibrant, interesting city.

I believe it is important to preserve our past, and I am looking forward to contributing to the development of what is already a valuable and comprehensive digital archive.
